We’re sorry to hear you have to cancel the school trip for your son or daughter. Simply start here.
Once we have received the cancelation confirmation from you the next steps are:
We will then advise the travel insurance company, Travel Insured.
They will then give us the claim number
We will forward you this claim number
You will file a claim with Travel Insured here.
They will then take over from here and your claim will then be processed. They make ask for supplementary documentation from you.
