Motorcoach Arrival at Group Name

Motorcoach will stop en route for either restrooms or service plaza stops. Stops will be decided upon discretion of the driver.
We suggest that students either pack a breakfast or lunch, or they will be able to purchase on student expense upon service plaza stop.

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) announced that it has amended the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs). These regulations will establish minimum performance and design standards for hours-of-service (HOS) electronic logging devices (ELDs); Driver/operator driving hours are limited to 10 hours and service hours limited to 15 hours. In such cases where these limits are to be exceeded a relief driver (and relief driver stop) will be planned .

Soak in the most iconic building in Washington D.C., from both sides. Walk the Ellipse, and take some great group photos at the home of the American Presidents.

Then, visit the epic World War II Memorial commemorating those who fought from 56 states and territories, honored in pillars for each state, all around a tremendous fountain and plaza.

The Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam and Korean War Memorials

Stand where Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. stood during his “I Have A Dream” speech, read the 58,318 names of the soldiers that made the ultimate sacrifice in Vietnam, and see the 19 striking sculptures of the soldiers walking in the harsh landscape that was, Korea. The famous reflecting pool centralizes the bustle of it all.

Observe the final resting place of those who have served our nation with dignity and honor. See the hallowed Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, high atop a hill; and witness the beautiful & reverent ceremony of the Changing of the Guard, with the landscape of D.C. in the background. Pay your respects and see the eternal flame at the gravesite of U.S. President John F. Kennedy. Visit Arlington House, The Robert E. Lee Memorial, the arch. Learn about the home's unique and interesting story, with its connections to many important figures, issues and events in American History!

Visit a Smithsonian Museum Cafe After Hours! A private meal booked for the group, with a variety of menus you may choose from. This experience does not allow access to the museum, still makes for a pretty neat dinner option! The museum ranges on availability with the Smithsonians. The American Indian and American History are two examples of museums we often have groups dine with.

Take some time to explore any of the free attractions on the National Mall, including some of the most famous Smithsonian Museums. You can explore the African Art Museum, Air and Space Museum, American Art Museum, American History Museum, American Indian Museum, Anacostia Community Museum, Arthur M. Sackler Gallery, Freer Gallery of Art, Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, Natural History Museum, Portrait Gallery, Smithsonian Institution Building, and The Castle.
